  I rented a unit here for about a year about 2 years ago and had a great experience. The rates were a little higher than what I paid off of the beach but you're paying for the convenience of having your things nearer to you. The owners were very kind to me and when I had a situation arise that caused me to have a late payment they worked with me versus treating me like a number. It seems reviews are mixed so I'd advise at least checking them out before ruling them out. Cheers:)
