  Very nice, the dog loved it and it is pet friendly year round. You can also drive on the beach, camp or just hang out for the day. It does cost $30 to take your vehicle on the beach and a 4x4 is highly recommended. If you can't drive on the beach there is public parking a few blocks away that costs $10 for the whole day.
