- cheryl fJan, 25 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a condo complex on the harbor at Carolina Beach. The buildings and grounds look nice and seem to be well maintained. The pool is at the top of an inverted U shaped marina area with boat slips. I didn't walk out on the docks so I don't know if the boards are splitting or anything, but they look ok from a distance. I don't think they are stained or anything that gives the wood extra protection to help it hold up, but I could be wrong.
